ANNOUNCEMENTS

CHS All Classes of '60s Annual Reunion for 2026

Here is information for the 2026 annual "All Classes of the '60s reunion events:

First, the annual Old Timer’s Picnic will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at the Thompson Shelter in Avery Park (as it is each summer on the 3rd Thursday of July) at 11 AM until about 4 PM. This event does not require registration and is very informal - bring your own food and drink, prepare to meet and greet fellow CHS alums from the 1950s to perhaps 10 yrs ago. The number of attendees has been increasing in the past 2 or 3 years to about 50 or 60 folks. It is fun and interesting to compare notes with other alums about our Spartan days - as well as to discuss current events.

Second, the CHS All 60s Annual Event will be held on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29. The attached Save-the-Date notice offers a complete explanation. A registration package will be distributed in late May for you to sign up to attend. In the recent 4 to 5 years, this two day event has been attended by about 100 folks including a few partners, siblings, and offspring of alums. In the most recent 3 years, our Classes of ‘63and ’65 have had the most attendees of the 10 classes of the 60s - and we welcome the opportunity to see and visit/get reacquainted with friends from other class years. Hope you can join us!  Click link below for registration info:
